ECCI X session on organizing innovation

Nedforce continues its congres tour and proudly announces that one its papers is accepted in the adademic track of the 10th European Conference for Creativity and Innovation. The ECCI X is a major conference for innovation and project managers from all industries, hosted by the Copenhagen Business School
Roderick van Domburg, COO at Nedforce, and Han van der Meer, (COO at Van der Meer & Van Tilburg; assistent professor at the Technische Universiteit Delft; lector at Saxion Hogescholen) will present an interactive workshop titled “Co-creation: mechanisms for importing and exporting technological knowledge in open innovation”:
“As the innovation funnel converges to evolve ideas into actual business, a tendency towards closed systems behavior is evident that causes internal valuable ideas to be weeded out and external valuable ideas to be left underused. The paper will present mechanisms and a framework to select between this mechanisms to overcome this natural tendency in creative problem solving processes, enabling better use of valuable ideas and improved innovation project performance.”
