Nedforce developers compete in RAD Race 2008
Wednesday, April 30, 2008
On June 11 and 12 the RAD Race 2008 takes place: A high-profile contest in which pairs of developers compete against each other for two days to implement as much functionality of an application as possible. This year two teams of Nedforce developers participate.
Although this year’s assignment will only be published at the start of the race, it is already divulged that the assignment will be an application with an administrative nature, and will involve geographic information systems, business intelligence and an enterprise mashup .
The Nedforce teams will face the challenge with Ruby on Rails and other open source software. The following Nedforce software engineers will (again) promote Ruby on Rails:
- Arthur Holstvoogd
- Roel van der Hoorn
- Stefan Henzen
- Stefan Kroes
